Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: September 29, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for using the CreatoRain platform operated by Midwest AI Solution Inc. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.
If you're a creator joining CreatoRain collaborations, this policy doesn't apply to you. The Creator Terms say what we ask of you, in plain words.
1. Permitted Use
CreatoRain is designed to connect restaurants, marketing agencies, and food influencers for legitimate marketing collaborations. You may use our platform to:
- Search and discover food influencers for marketing campaigns
- Manage influencer outreach and communications
- Coordinate content creation and approval workflows
- Track campaign progress: creator replies, creator visits booked at each location, and videos submitted and approved
- Pay CreatoRain for finished videos; the price includes the creator's pay, and CreatoRain pays the creator
Outreach through CreatoRain: You may send outreach through CreatoRain's own outreach tools, except to an influencer who has asked you to stop. These tools contact influencers by email only. When an influencer uses the unsubscribe option in a CreatoRain email, or replies with a common stop phrase such as “stop emailing me” or “remove me from your list”, CreatoRain adds their email address to its block list. No CreatoRain campaign, whether it is running now or starts later, and whether it is yours or another restaurant's, sends anything to an address on the block list: not a first email, a follow-up, or a reply. CreatoRain does not stop you adding a blocked influencer to a campaign; it just will not email them. Still, do not add anyone you know has asked you to stop, because they may have another email address that is not on the block list (see Section 2). Any other reply from an influencer stops the automatic follow-ups in that campaign only.
When an influencer asks you to stop: If they ask in any other way, such as a reply in different words, a phone call, or in person, or if you are not sure the block list caught their request, take both of these steps as soon as you can. (1) In every campaign they are in, including paused or scheduled ones, choose “Put on Hold” or “Remove from campaign” for them. “Put on Hold” also creates a draft reply to them in their email thread; do not send it. (2) Email support@creatorain.com with every email address you have for them, so CreatoRain can add those addresses to the block list. You are not responsible under this policy for an email CreatoRain's tools send on their own. You are responsible for taking these two steps, and for anything you send or set up yourself after you know they asked you to stop, including a reply you send them or a campaign you add them to.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to do any of the following, on or off the platform:
Fraudulent Conduct: Misrepresenting your identity, business, or intentions. Providing false information during registration or campaign setup. Engaging in any form of fraud or deceptive practices.
Spam and Abuse: Using influencer contact details you got from CreatoRain to mass-message influencers outside CreatoRain (for example, bulk email from your own inbox). Contacting an influencer yourself, by any channel, after you know they have asked you to stop; sending them a reply in CreatoRain or adding them to a new campaign counts as contacting them yourself.
Harmful Content: Promoting illegal products, services, or activities. Distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, or hateful. Sharing content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
Platform Abuse: Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our services. Scraping CreatoRain, or using bots or scripts to access it, other than through CreatoRain's own features or its API with an API key we issued to you. Getting around our rate limits (the technical caps on how often our website and API can be called; they are not the daily send limit you set on a campaign) or our security checks. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions. Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties.
3. Content Standards
All content shared through the CreatoRain platform must:
- Comply with FTC guidelines for sponsored content disclosure
- Be truthful and not misleading to consumers
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Be appropriate for a professional marketing context
4. Brand and Agency Conduct
Brands and agencies using the platform must:
- Pay CreatoRain for finished videos as agreed; CreatoRain pays each creator from that price
- Provide clear campaign briefs and expectations
- Respect influencer content rights as specified in agreements
- Not request content that violates laws or platform policies
- Maintain professional and respectful communication
5. Enforcement
CreatoRain may investigate a suspected violation of this policy, including one reported to us, and may take action including:
- Issuing warnings for minor violations
- Suspending account access temporarily
- Permanently terminating accounts for serious or repeated violations
- Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement
- Pursuing legal remedies for damages caused by violations
6. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will email the account owner at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect, unless the law requires it to take effect sooner, and update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
7. Reporting Violations and Contact
To report a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, email abuse@creatorain.com and include the account or campaign involved and what happened. For questions about this policy, email legal@creatorain.com.
