Build your restaurant's online reputation
Partner with food creators who visit your restaurant and post authentic content about it. The reviews that build your reputation come from the diners who walk in. Each reply to a creator starts as an AI draft. By default, a person reviews it before it is sent.

Can food influencers help my restaurant get more reviews?
Only indirectly, and CreatoRain doesn't measure it. CreatoRain invites food creators from its network to visit your restaurant and post one honest review video about it. The diners those videos bring in may leave reviews too. Don't ask the creators for a Google or Yelp review: both ban reviews given in exchange for a free meal. CreatoRain doesn't write, buy or reply to reviews. For each creator it records the booking and the video link the creator submits, not the reviews diners leave.
Google bars reviews posted for an incentive such as free food, and Yelp bars a business from offering freebies for reviews or from asking customers for reviews at all. Each location keeps one Google star rating, which CreatoRain can fill in from Google and you can edit; CreatoRain doesn't refresh it once it is set, and it doesn't read the comments under a creator's video.

The invitation
CreatoRain writes the invitation, and you can edit it. It asks for a video, not for a review on Google or Yelp: both ban reviews given for a free meal.
What CreatoRain records
For each creator in your campaign: the booking, and the video link the creator submits after posting.
What it doesn't record
CreatoRain keeps no history of your star rating: each location has one Google rating, which CreatoRain can fill in from Google and doesn't refresh once it is set.
Why online reputation matters
Diners compare ratings and reviews before they choose where to eat. But getting honest reviews is hard.
The Problem
Reviews come only from diners who decide to write one, so a new restaurant collects them slowly.
The Solution
Creators visit and post an honest video about your restaurant. Diners who come in after watching it may review you too. CreatoRain doesn't measure that.
How influencer marketing builds reputation
Creator videos can lead diners to visit, and some of them may leave reviews. CreatoRain counts the videos, not the reviews.
Bring in new diners
Creators share their genuine experience in their own posts, and the diners those posts bring in can leave reviews of their own. Google and Yelp don't allow reviews given in exchange for a free meal.
Generate UGC
User-generated content acts as social proof. Potential customers see real people enjoying your food.
Improve discovery
More creator videos give diners more to find on social platforms.
Build community
Regular creator partnerships build a community of advocates for your restaurant.
Reputation buffer
Regular creator videos give diners more to go on than a single bad review.
Hear what diners say
The comments under creator posts show what diners think of your food, in their own words.

Frequently asked questions
Will the creators leave a Google or Yelp review?
Not as part of the campaign. The invitation CreatoRain writes asks each creator for one honest review video, not for a review on Google or Yelp; if you edit it, keep it that way. Google bars reviews posted for an incentive such as free food, and Yelp bars a business from offering freebies for reviews or from asking customers for reviews at all.
Does CreatoRain track my reviews or star rating?
No. CreatoRain doesn't keep, count or monitor your Google or Yelp reviews, or tell you which review came from which creator's visit. To learn about your dishes, it may read a few reviews on your Google listing with AI. CreatoRain doesn't save them. Each location keeps one Google star rating, which CreatoRain can fill in from Google and you can edit; CreatoRain doesn't refresh it once it is set.
Can CreatoRain reply to reviews or remove them?
No. CreatoRain doesn't reply to, report or remove reviews on Google, Yelp or anywhere else, and it doesn't write or buy them. The replies it drafts with AI are answers to creators who write back to your invitation.
Will the videos only say good things about my restaurant?
Not necessarily. The invitation CreatoRain writes offers each creator full creative control over an honest review, so a video can mention things the creator didn't like.
How do I see which creators booked a visit and posted?
In your CreatoRain campaign. Each creator's booking shows its status, such as Pending or Confirmed, and each video they submit is recorded with its link; the campaign report shows bookings and videos location by location. It doesn't show sales, foot traffic or the reviews diners leave.
