For Restaurant Chains

Food creators invited to every location in your chain

One campaign covers every location you list. Our in-house team invites creators from our 300,000+ food-creator network. See bookings and delivered videos by location. Review videos against your brand guidelines if you choose. The price is $300 a video, creator pay included. No monthly fee and no minimum.

Manage Locations for one made-up chain. Each location has a card with its address, its booking setting and its linked social accounts. All eight locations are active. Five confirm creator bookings on their own. Three need approval.
Every location of a chain sits in one account. Each location sets how its creator bookings are confirmed. The picture shows sample data.

How does a chain run influencer marketing across all its locations?

On CreatoRain, a chain or a restaurant group runs one campaign for all of its locations. You add each location once. Every creator gets the same invitation, written in your brand's name; only the locations it names change from creator to creator.

When CreatoRain knows a creator's state, the invitation names up to five of your locations there (step 2 below shows how). The creator then picks one, with a date and a time, in CreatoRain's app for creators, and you see bookings and delivered videos for the whole campaign or for each location. See pricing

Example (invented): one restaurant group's four locations. A Stores live chart steps up week by week from one to four. Under it, each location's row turns green the week it went live and shows the creators who visited each week, with its visits and videos. The newest location has its first visits and videos.

  1. One campaign, every location

Each location is added once, with its name and address.

  2. Same invitation, different locations named

If CreatoRain knows where a creator is based, their invitation names up to five of your locations in their state: your priority locations first, then any in their city. In California, Texas and Florida it may name only the ones in their part of the state. It also mentions the other states you operate in. If CreatoRain doesn't know, it says where you operate.

  3. Every booking, recorded by location

You choose per location whether bookings confirm automatically or wait for you to confirm them. A creator's video counts for the location they booked; if they booked more than one of your locations, it counts for the campaign but not for any one location.

Chain marketing challenges, solved

88% of food-franchise marketing executives surveyed named localized marketing a major challenge (2025 AFMR, Franchise Update Media, via Franchising.com, March 2026).

  • Finding creators for each market

Our network has 300K+ food creators across the US. Our in-house team invites the right ones to visit each of your locations.

  • Managing campaigns across locations

Our team runs the whole campaign, and the campaign report shows bookings and videos for each location.

  • Maintaining brand consistency

Turn on content review, and each submitted video waits for you to check it against your brand standards and approve it.

  • Knowing which locations creators booked

Every booked visit is recorded against the location it was booked at, so you see which creators booked where.

Example (invented): now every location. A list of 40 locations shows six stores, each with a stuck step: waiting on replies in Seattle, a payout on hold in Portland, a no-show in Atlanta, a creator who ghosted in Chicago, a missing W-9 in Queens and an unconfirmed visit in Houston, with 34 more locations below. A store managers' group chat asks who is coming Thursday, says she never showed, and asks whether to comp her plus one.
Example (invented): with CreatoRain, your part is three things: send locations, approve the campaign, host each visit. One campaign card for 40 locations lists six stores with the creator visits booked and videos posted so far, and 34 more locations below. Our team finds, invites, follows up and pays the creator. Creators book their own visit. $300 a video, creator pay included.
In creator outreach, about 1 in 3 creators reply to a paid offer and about 1 in 7 sign on to a free-product collab, and doing it yourself repeats that at every store.

One store or forty, one price per video.

No subscription · no term

Example (invented): two order cards for one chain, side by side. The small one, marked Start, holds one location, Fremont in Seattle. The large one, marked Added later, holds thirty-nine more locations: four are listed, then thirty-five more. An equals sign sits between the two cards' price chips, and both read $300 a video, creator pay included. Under both: no minimum, no subscription, no term.
Start with one store and add the rest any day, at the same price.

Some influencer platforms require a 12-month contract (their pricing pages, October 2026).

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a separate campaign for each location?

No. In CreatoRain, one campaign holds all of your locations, and you can add a location later without starting again.

How does a creator end up at the right location?

When CreatoRain knows where a creator is based, the standard invitation names up to five of your locations in the creator's state (in California, Texas and Florida, sometimes only one region of it): any of those you have marked as a priority first, then those in their city, and it mentions the other states you operate in. Otherwise it tells them where you operate. The creator chooses one in CreatoRain's app for creators and picks a date and time. You choose per location whether bookings are confirmed automatically or wait for you to confirm or decline them.

We are a group with several restaurant brands. Does that work?

Yes. On CreatoRain, a group runs one campaign under the group's name, which you enter as the campaign's company name, and each brand's restaurants are added as locations of that campaign.

What can I see for each location?

Which creators booked a visit there, the status of each booking, and how many videos were delivered by creators who booked only that location. CreatoRain does not measure views, foot traffic or sales.

How many locations can a chain bring?

CreatoRain sets no cap. The price is $300 a video, the creator's pay included, the same for every location, and a location can join a running campaign any day.

Which cities and markets does CreatoRain cover?

CreatoRain works with restaurants across the United States. Its food-creator network has 300,000+ creators and spans the country. CreatoRain's in-house team invites creators from that network to visit your locations. Its city pages show food creators from the network in cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas and Miami.

When will the first videos arrive?

That depends on the creators, so CreatoRain doesn't promise a date. Each creator replies, books a visit at one of your locations for a date and time they choose, visits, and then sends in their video. You see each reply, booking and video as it comes in.
