For agencies and integrators

Run restaurant creator campaigns for your clients

Offer restaurant influencer marketing as a service. Our in-house team runs a campaign for each of your clients. It invites creators from our food-creator network and follows up. You show each client which creators booked visits and what they sent in. The price is $300 a video, creator pay included. No monthly fee and no minimum.

An agency's My Campaigns page: one card per client campaign, each named after its client. Each card shows the campaign, its status and how many creators are interested, negotiating, need info or declined.

How does an agency run influencer marketing for several restaurant clients?

With CreatoRain, an agency lists each restaurant client's locations, and our in-house team runs a separate campaign for each client. Each campaign holds that client's brief, its locations, its creators and its own report. The owner and admins see every campaign. A teammate added as a member sees only the campaigns they're assigned to. Each campaign's report shows creator activity around each of the client's locations.

Locations belong to your team, so you list each client's locations once, under Locations. Our team picks them for that client's campaign. Only the owner or an admin can change who's assigned to a campaign. See pricing

  1. One team for the agency

Invite your teammates under Settings, in Team. The owner and admins see all of the team's campaigns and can invite and manage teammates. A member sees the campaigns they're assigned to.

  2. A campaign for each client

Each client gets its own campaign, with that client's locations for creators to visit and the teammates assigned to it.

  3. A report for each client

Each campaign's report has a Store progress table: creator activity around each of that client's locations.

Frequently asked questions

Can an agency run several restaurant clients in one CreatoRain account?

Yes. CreatoRain's team runs a separate campaign for each client, all in your team's account. Each campaign has its own brief, the client's locations, its own creators and its own report. The owner and admins see every client's campaign on one page.

Can I choose which teammates work on which client?

Yes. In CreatoRain, add a teammate as a member and assign them to that client's campaign. A member sees only the campaigns they're assigned to. The owner and admins see all of the team's campaigns, and only they can change who's assigned.

How do I show a client how their locations are doing?

Open that client's campaign in CreatoRain. Its report has a Store progress table with one row per location: the creators in the area, the ones interested, reservations, videos and views.

Where do I add each client's locations?

Under Locations in CreatoRain. Locations belong to your team, so you list each client's locations once. Our team picks them for that client's campaign. A campaign's locations are the ones creators can visit for it.

Ready to scale your agency?

Our in-house team invites creators from our 300,000+ food-creator network. Creators book their visit in the CreatoRain app. You see each client's videos in that client's campaign.
