CreatoRain Creator Terms
Effective Date: September 29, 2026
Company: Midwest AI Solution Inc., doing business as CreatoRain
Atlanta, Georgia, USA
1. The short version
CreatoRain connects creators with restaurants and brands. A restaurant hosts you for a meal, a brand sends you a product, or we pay you for a post; you visit or try it, and you post about it honestly. These terms are a casual, good-faith agreement meant to work for both of us. The collaboration agreement you sign in the app has the details for each campaign.
2. What we do for you
- Bring you collaborations that fit your content, with what you get (a meal, a product, or pay) spelled out before you say yes.
- Handle the booking with the restaurant and tell you if anything changes.
- Pay what we agreed, within 30 business days after your posts are up.
- Credit your handle whenever we or the brand share your content.
- Answer your questions: just reply to any of our emails.
3. What we ask of you
- Be 18 or older, or 16 or 17 with a parent or guardian's OK.
- Use your own accounts and tell us who you are honestly.
- Show up for visits you book, or let us know ahead of time if plans change.
- Post what you agreed to and tag the accounts the campaign asks for.
- Add a clear disclosure to every post (#ad, #gifted, or the platform's paid-partnership label), as the FTC asks. If you live in California, Illinois, or New York, that state's advertising and endorsement rules apply to both of us too.
- Share your honest opinion, and keep your audience real: no bought followers, likes, or views.
- If a restaurant you met through CreatoRain wants to work with you again, point them our way so we can keep bringing you collaborations.
4. If plans change
Life happens. If you can't make a visit, reschedule or cancel it in the app or reply to our email. If a collaboration isn't working out, either of us can call it off, with no fees or penalties. On a paid collaboration, posts already up are still paid as agreed.
5. Your content
Your posts stay yours. When you sign a collaboration, you choose whether the brand and CreatoRain may reuse your photos and videos in their own posts and ads. On a paid collaboration, 5% of the pay covers that reuse, so saying no lowers the pay by that 5%. Either way, they can share your post with the app's own share or repost button, and we always credit your handle.
6. Keep private things private
If we or a restaurant tell you something that isn't public yet, like a new menu, a budget, or an opening date, please keep it to yourself until it's announced. Your own posts about the collaboration are yours to share.
7. Pay and taxes
Paid collaborations show the amount before you accept. You pick how we pay you in the app, such as Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. Taxes on anything you receive, whether pay, a meal, or a product, are yours to handle.
8. Your information
We use your information only as our Privacy Policy describes.
9. Taking a break or leaving
You can stop taking collaborations anytime, or ask us to close your account by replying to any of our emails. Please cancel any visit you've already booked first, so the restaurant isn't left waiting. We may stop offering collaborations to an account that fakes engagement, posts harmful content, or keeps missing visits or posts.
10. If something goes wrong
Tell us first. Reply to any CreatoRain email and we'll work it out with you and the restaurant.
11. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. A collaboration you've already signed keeps the terms you signed.
