For QSR & Fast Casual

Influencer marketing for quick service restaurants

Fast food marketing needs to move fast. You list your locations once. Our in-house team invites creators from our 300,000+ food-creator network. They post on the social platforms younger diners use.

A completed 2025 campaign for a Japanese curry restaurant: 15 creators posted 15 videos. Two of the videos sit beside the list of posts. Each post shows the creator, the date, TikTok and a Live status.
Creators book their own visit times across your stores. Every video comes back to one campaign. This is a real 2025 campaign. The restaurant is not named.

How long does it take to launch a restaurant influencer campaign?

Setting it up takes as long as checking a draft and approving it. The videos take as long as the creators do. CreatoRain fills in the campaign's brief from your restaurant's website or one of your locations. You correct it, list your locations and approve the creators. Then CreatoRain's team sends the invitations and follow-ups. Each creator replies, books a visit and sends in their video in their own time.

Invitations go out only during the sending hours and within the daily email limit set on your campaign. So a long list of creators takes more than a day to reach. A creator who doesn't reply gets up to two follow-ups. For a limited-time offer, approve the campaign early enough for creators to visit while the offer runs.

  1. You check a draft and approve

CreatoRain fills in the campaign's brief from your website or one of your locations. You correct it, list your locations and approve the creators. No emails go out before you approve.

  2. CreatoRain sends and follows up

Invitations go out only in the campaign's sending hours and within its daily email limit. A creator who doesn't reply gets up to two follow-ups. CreatoRain drafts an answer to each reply; by default, a person (you or your CreatoRain specialist) reviews it before it is sent.

  3. Creators set the pace

Each creator replies, books a visit at one of your locations for a date and time, visits, and sends in their video, all in their own time. That is why CreatoRain doesn't promise a date for the first video.

Built for quick service brands

Many locations and frequent menu launches. CreatoRain is built for the way QSR brands market.

  • Quick campaign setup

CreatoRain reads your restaurant's website and drafts the campaign's name and description, so an LTO or promotion starts from a draft, not a blank page.

  • Several creators per launch

One campaign invites creators from our network to visit your locations in every market.

  • Cost-effective reach

Make your budget go further with creators paid per finished video, and see every booking and video you paid for.

  • LTO promotion

Our team runs a campaign for each limited-time offer. It invites creators to try the new menu item.

  • Gen Z & Millennial reach

Connect with younger audiences through creators they follow and trust.

  • Every market you choose

Pick the markets you want. Our in-house team invites creators from our network to visit your locations there.

From brief to creator content

Creators book their visits on their own schedules, so approve the campaign ahead of your menu launch. No invitation goes out before you approve it. After that, you see each reply and booking as it comes in.

  1. Approve the campaign brief
  2. CreatoRain invites creators for you
  3. Creators accept, visit and create content
  4. Review the videos creators send

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to set up the campaign from scratch?

No. CreatoRain fills in the campaign's brief from your restaurant's website or one of your locations. You correct it, list your locations and approve the creators. No emails go out before you approve.

Does CreatoRain send every invitation at once?

No. CreatoRain sends invitations only during the sending hours and within the daily email limit set on your campaign, so a long list of creators takes more than a day to reach. A creator who doesn't reply gets up to two follow-ups; a reply from the creator cancels them, and an automatic out-of-office reply does not.

When will the first videos arrive?

That depends on the creators, so CreatoRain doesn't promise a date. Each creator replies, books a visit at one of your locations for a date and time they choose, visits, and then sends in their video. You see each reply, booking and video as it comes in.

Who answers the creators' replies?

CreatoRain drafts an answer to each reply. By default, a person on the CreatoRain team reviews it before it is sent. Rate negotiations are always handled by a person.

Do I have to confirm every booking?

Not unless you want to. In CreatoRain, you choose per location whether bookings are confirmed automatically or wait for you to confirm or decline them.
