Reply drafts

An answer for every creator who writes back

A creator may ask a question or name a rate. The answer starts as an AI draft in English. It is written from your campaign's brief and its creator offer range. By default, a person on CreatoRain's team reviews it before it goes out.

A campaign inbox listing creator threads. Each row shows the creator, a category such as Negotiating or Needs info, and their latest message. The Reply column shows where each answer stands. It can be a saved draft that needs approval, a draft held for review, or a sent reply. Four threads are waiting for CreatoRain's team.

How do I negotiate with food influencers who ask to be paid?

You host the creator's visit, and CreatoRain pays the creator from the $300-a-video price. Each campaign has a creator offer range, $0 to $300 by default, set by CreatoRain. When a creator names a rate, the answer starts as an AI draft in English. The draft offers no more than the top of the range. A draft that fails its checks is held for review. By default, a person on our team approves each reply before it goes out. Rate negotiations are always handled by a person.

The offer in a draft can start low and move up as the conversation goes on. Your price stays $300 a video, the creator's pay included. A reply to a creator who is negotiating a rate never sends on its own. A creator who takes part signs an agreement that carries the agreed offer.

  • Drafts in English

Drafts are written in English and answer what the creator actually wrote, a question about the visit or a rate, using what your campaign says about your brand.

  • Offers written to stay within the range

Each campaign has a creator offer range, $0 to $300 by default, set by CreatoRain. When a creator names a rate, the draft offers no more than the top of that range. A draft that fails CreatoRain's checks is held for review instead of being sent.

  • The agreement carries the offer

A creator who takes part signs the campaign's agreement in CreatoRain's app for creators, with the agreed offer in it.

  • One thread per creator

Each creator's emails sit in one thread with a status, so CreatoRain's team sees which conversations are waiting for a reply.

  • Reply drafts wait for a person by default

A draft is only a draft until a person approves it. By default, a person on the CreatoRain team reviews each reply. Rate negotiations are always handled by a person.

  • Invitations and follow-ups sent for you

Once you approve the campaign, CreatoRain's team sends the invitations and follow-ups on its schedule. The drafts are for the replies that need an answer.

How reply drafts work

Four steps, from the campaign's offer to the creator's signature

  1. The offer is set

CreatoRain sets the campaign's creator offer range, $0 to $300 by default. It is paid from your $300-a-video price, and you host the visit.

  2. A reply is drafted

When a creator writes back, the answer to what they asked starts as an AI draft.

  3. Review and send

By default, a person on the CreatoRain team edits or approves each draft before it goes out. Rate negotiations are always handled by a person.

  4. The creator signs

A creator who takes part signs the campaign's agreement and books a visit in CreatoRain's app for creators.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if a creator asks for more than the offer range?

CreatoRain writes the draft to offer no more than the top of the range. A draft that fails its checks is held for review, and nothing sends it on its own. A person on our team can edit or discard it. Your price stays $300 a video.

Who pays the creator?

CreatoRain does. You pay $300 a video, the creator's pay included, and you host the visit. The creator's cash offer comes out of that price. A creator who names a price still gets an answer drafted by CreatoRain, and by default a person reviews it.

Can a reply to a creator negotiating a rate go out without anyone reading it?

No. Rate negotiations are always handled by a person. Every other reply starts as an AI draft too, and by default a person on the CreatoRain team approves it before it goes out.

What language are the drafts in?

English. CreatoRain writes its drafts in English, the language of the US creators it invites. A person on our team can edit a draft before it is sent.

Does the creator sign something that states the offer?

Yes. A creator who takes part signs the campaign's agreement in CreatoRain's app for creators, and the agreement carries the offer agreed in the conversation.
