Essential Cookies: Our apps at app.creatorain.com and influencers.creatorain.com set cookies that keep you signed in and remember your name and email address. This website reads the app's sign-in cookie only to show whether you are signed in. You cannot opt out of these cookies.

Analytics Cookies: We use Google Analytics, a service from Google LLC, to count visits and see which pages help visitors and how they found us. It sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_ followed by our property ID, which hold a random ID. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, they are set only after you press Accept on our banner. Elsewhere they are on unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Your browser's local storage remembers your choice (cr_consent).

Functional Cookies and Storage: These remember your choices, such as your color theme, or that you closed the WeChat button. Our restaurant app also sets a cookie that remembers your language. Your browser's local storage keeps the page and campaign link you first arrived from, which is sent to us only if you submit the form on our website where you ask for a free creator list. That record stays in your browser until you clear your browser's storage.

Marketing Cookies: We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.

3. Third-Party Cookies

The one third-party script we load is Google Analytics, described above, so Google is the only company that sets cookies on our website; we load no advertising scripts. Our website also loads its typeface from Google Fonts and stock photos from Pexels, and creator photos on some pages load from the social media sites that host them, so your browser sends those companies your IP address and browser details. Our demo booking calendar and our social media links open on other sites, such as Google and Instagram, where those sites' own cookie policies apply.

4. Managing Cookies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically find these settings in the "Options" or "Preferences" menu of your browser. You can set your browser to block cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent.

5. Cookie Retention

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.

On our website, the cookie that remembers you closed the WeChat button (wechat_widget_dismissed) expires after 7 days. Your color theme and the record of the page and campaign link you first arrived from are kept in your browser's local storage, not in cookies, and stay until you clear your browser's storage. Our website sets no language cookie, because the page address sets the language. The Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_ followed by our property ID) last up to 2 years, and Google keeps the visit data for 14 months. Your analytics choice (cr_consent) stays in local storage for 12 months, and then we ask again.

In our restaurant app (app.creatorain.com), the cookie that holds your sign-in access token (demo_access_token) lasts 1 hour. The cookies that hold your refresh token, account ID, account type, and account details (demo_refresh_token, demo_auth_user_id, demo_user_type, and demo_user_data) last 60 days. A cookie that says you are signed in (cr_logged_in) lasts 30 days; our website can read it, so it knows you are signed in. The cookie that remembers your language (NEXT_LOCALE) lasts 1 year, and the app also copies your language choice to your browser's local storage.

In our creator app (influencers.creatorain.com), the cookie that holds your sign-in access token (cr_access_token) lasts 1 hour. The cookies that hold your refresh token, account ID, account type, account details, and creator profile (cr_refresh_token, cr_auth_user_id, cr_user_type, cr_user_data, and cr_influencer_data) last 60 days.
