Automated outreach

Invitations and follow-ups, sent for you

CreatoRain's in-house team sends each creator an invitation filled in for them. Up to two follow-ups go out until the creator replies. Every reply is recorded.

One invitation email as a creator received it. Her first name, one of her videos and the restaurant's locations are highlighted. Each was filled in for her. Below it is her reply, marked Interested. Her outreach steps are on the left. The invitation went out and she replied. Both follow-ups stopped.

How can a restaurant automate its influencer outreach?

CreatoRain sends each creator in your campaign the same invitation, filled in for them. It carries their name and, where CreatoRain has them, one or two of their videos. When CreatoRain knows where a creator is based, it also names up to five of your locations in their state. Priority locations come first, then those in the creator's city. Up to two follow-ups go out until the creator replies. CreatoRain drafts the answer to each reply.

CreatoRain's team writes this invitation for every campaign and changes it when you ask. The invitation also mentions the other states you operate in. Up to two follow-ups go out within the campaign's sending hours and daily limit, and a reply stops them. Each reply starts as an AI draft. By default, a person on our team approves it before it goes out. Rate negotiations are always handled by a person.

  1. One invitation, filled in for each creator

CreatoRain's team writes this invitation for every campaign. Tell the team what to change, and the change goes to every creator it is sent to.

  2. Same invitation, two creators

If CreatoRain knows where a creator is based, their invitation names up to five of your locations in their state: your priority locations first, then any in their city. In California, Texas and Florida it may name only the ones in their part of the state. It also mentions the other states you operate in. If CreatoRain doesn't know, it says where you operate.

  3. Follow-ups until they reply, then a drafted answer

Each follow-up waits a set number of days, and only goes out in the campaign's sending hours.

How the outreach runs

Our team runs the sending and the follow-ups. Each message is filled in for the creator it goes to.

  • Personalized messages

CreatoRain's team writes each campaign's invitation and changes it when you ask. Each message is filled in for the creator it goes to. It carries their name and, where we have them, one or two of their videos. When CreatoRain knows where the creator is based, it names up to five of your locations in their state, priority ones first.

  • Sending windows

Invitations and follow-ups go out within the sending hours and daily limit set for the campaign, so creators hear from you at a sensible time.

  • Automatic follow-ups

Up to two follow-ups go out within the campaign's sending hours. They stop when the creator replies.

  • Bulk outreach

Our team adds a whole list of creators to one campaign, each with a message filled in for them. The invitations then go out within the campaign's sending hours and daily limit.

  • Response tracking

See which creators replied, who said yes, and who hasn't answered yet.

  • Reply drafts

When a creator writes back, the answer starts as an AI draft. By default, a person on the CreatoRain team reviews it before it is sent. Rate negotiations are always handled by a person.

How automated outreach works

The four steps our team runs for each campaign

  1. Our team picks the creators

Our team picks creators from our food-creator network who post about food like yours.

  2. Our team writes the invitation

It is written in your brand's name and filled in for each creator.

  3. Our team sends the invitations

Messages go out automatically within the campaign's sending hours.

  4. Track replies

The campaign report shows every reply as it comes in.

Frequently asked questions

How many follow-ups does a creator get?

Up to two. CreatoRain sends the first if the creator has not replied to the invitation, and the second if they still have not replied. Nothing further goes out. Each one waits the number of days set for the campaign and goes out only within its sending hours.

Does a reply stop the follow-ups?

Yes. When a creator replies, CreatoRain cancels the follow-ups still scheduled for them. An automatic out-of-office reply does not cancel them.

Can I change the invitation?

Yes. Tell CreatoRain's team what to change. It is one invitation for the whole campaign, so the change goes to every creator it is sent to.

Who answers a creator's reply?

Each answer starts as an AI draft, whether the creator asks a question or wants to negotiate. By default, a person on the CreatoRain team approves it before it goes out. Rate negotiations are always handled by a person.
