CreatoRain account alerts

A text program CreatoRain runs for its own customers, about their own CreatoRain campaigns

How you sign up

Sign in at app.creatorain.com and open Settings, then Edit profile. Under your mobile number there is a box, unchecked until you tick it: Text me CreatoRain account alerts. Tick it and press Save. We answer with one confirmation text.

The sentence beside the box reads: "By checking this box and saving, you agree to receive account alert texts from CreatoRain about your own campaigns at the number above: bookings, creator sign-ups and content waiting for review. Up to 5 texts a week. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to use CreatoRain. Terms: creatorain.com/account-texts. Privacy: creatorain.com/privacy."

The box is never ticked for you and is not part of our Terms of Service. We keep a record of each tick and untick, with its time and the words you saw. The texts go to US mobile numbers only.

What you get

Alerts about your own CreatoRain campaigns: a creator booked or changed a visit, a creator signed, or content is waiting for your review. The texts come from CreatoRain's toll-free number, +1 (844) 844-1861. Every text starts with "CreatoRain:" and links to the campaign in the app. For example: "CreatoRain: A creator sent content for your campaign. It is waiting for your review: https://app.creatorain.com/campaign/detail/8231?tab=influencers Reply STOP to opt out."

No marketing texts.

How often

Up to 5 texts a week. How many you get depends on what happens in your campaigns.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

To stop

Reply STOP to any message. You get one text confirming it, and we do not text you again. You can also untick the box in Settings. Changing your phone number in Settings ends the texts to the old number. To sign up again, tick the box again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

See our Privacy Policy. Consent is not required to use CreatoRain. We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. These texts also follow our Terms of Service.
