Results Disclaimer
Effective Date: October 10, 2026
CreatoRain (operated by Midwest AI Solution Inc.) is committed to transparency with our restaurant clients, influencer partners, and platform users. This Results Disclaimer outlines important information about the nature of influencer marketing outcomes and the limitations inherent in any marketing engagement. Please read this disclaimer carefully before engaging CreatoRain's services or relying on any performance data, projections, or case studies presented on our platform or in our marketing materials.
1. No Guarantee of Results
CreatoRain does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or return on investment from influencer marketing campaigns, platform usage, or any Services provided under our Client Agreement. Influencer marketing is inherently variable, and outcomes depend on a wide range of factors, many of which are outside CreatoRain's control.
CreatoRain's in-house team chooses creators from its food-creator network with keyword searches and an AI fit check. Even so, no marketing service or agency can guarantee specific results such as:
- A particular number of impressions, views, likes, comments, shares, or other engagement metrics.
- Increases in restaurant foot traffic, customer reservations, or online orders.
- Specific revenue growth, sales increases, or return on investment percentages.
- A defined number of new customers, followers, or brand awareness levels.
- Viral content performance or trending status on any social media platform.
- Specific rankings, visibility, or algorithmic favorability on social media platforms.
Past performance of campaigns managed by CreatoRain is not indicative of future results. Each campaign is unique, and results will vary based on the specific circumstances of each engagement.
2. Factors Affecting Results
The performance of any influencer marketing campaign is influenced by numerous variables, including but not limited to:
2.1 Audience Factors
- The size, demographics, geographic distribution, and engagement patterns of each influencer's audience.
- Audience sentiment toward sponsored content and brand partnerships.
- Audience overlap between multiple influencers used in the same campaign.
- Seasonal fluctuations in audience activity and social media usage patterns.
- Platform algorithm changes that affect content visibility and reach.
2.2 Content Quality
- The creativity, authenticity, and production quality of influencer-generated content.
- How naturally the restaurant brand integrates into the influencer's existing content style.
- The visual appeal and presentation of the restaurant's food, ambiance, and overall dining experience.
- Timing of content publication relative to audience activity patterns.
- Format selection (e.g., Reels, Stories, TikTok, static posts) and platform-specific best practices.
2.3 Market Conditions
- Local competition and market saturation in the restaurant's geographic area.
- Broader economic conditions affecting consumer dining behavior and discretionary spending.
- Seasonal trends in restaurant dining (holidays, summer, weather patterns).
- Current events, public health conditions, or other external factors influencing consumer behavior.
- Changes in social media platform policies, algorithms, or user behavior trends.
2.4 Restaurant-Specific Factors
- The quality, consistency, and appeal of the restaurant's food, service, and overall dining experience.
- The restaurant's existing brand reputation, online reviews, and social media presence.
- Location accessibility, parking, operating hours, and other logistical factors.
- Menu pricing relative to the target demographic and local market.
- The restaurant's capacity to handle increased demand resulting from successful campaigns.
3. Case Studies and Examples
Any case studies, examples, or testimonials presented on the CreatoRain website, marketing materials, sales presentations, or campaign reports describe how specific clients used CreatoRain under specific circumstances. They are not a promise that you will get the same number of creator replies, creator visits booked, or videos submitted and approved.
CreatoRain chooses which campaigns to feature as case studies, so do not read them as typical. A case study describes what the restaurant needed and how CreatoRain found and invited creators for it. As of the Effective Date, two case studies on our website show figures, and each figure counts creator outreach, not creator visits or videos. The Chubby Cattle case study shows how many creators replied to the Chubby Group invite, across all Chubby Group brands, as counted in CreatoRain's campaign records on July 22, 2026. The HiBake case study shows how many creators CreatoRain emailed in its August 2025 HiBake campaign and how many replied, as counted in CreatoRain's records on August 14, 2025, while that campaign was still sending. Any other figure CreatoRain adds to a case study will be one of the counts described in Section 4, or will carry the date it was reported and who reported it. A case study will call a visit figure “creator visits booked”, the label your campaign report gives that number. It counts influencers' own booked visits, not customer reservations, and some of those visits may not have taken place. CreatoRain does not measure foot traffic, customer reservations, orders, follower growth, sales, or revenue, so it does not know whether a featured campaign increased that restaurant's traffic or sales, and it does not publish figures for those in case studies. A featured restaurant may also have had brand awareness, an established customer base, or other advantages you may not have.
4. Campaign Reporting
CreatoRain reports campaign activity in its campaign report: creator replies, creator visits booked at each location, and videos submitted and approved. While CreatoRain uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of these figures, please be aware of the following:
- The campaign report's number labelled “Creator visits booked” counts influencers' own booked visits to your locations. It does not count customer reservations.
- The count includes bookings that are confirmed or completed. Bookings still waiting for confirmation are shown separately. If a booking is cancelled, declined, or marked as a no-show, it leaves the count, so the number can go down. A confirmed booking is counted before the visit happens. The report does not show how many visits were completed, so this number does not tell you how many influencers actually came.
- Each figure is a count of events recorded on the Platform, and depends on the accuracy of the information clients, creators, and CreatoRain personnel enter into it.
- CreatoRain does not measure foot traffic, customer reservations, orders, follower growth, sales, or revenue, and does not attribute any of them to an influencer campaign.
- CreatoRain does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any figures displayed on the platform, and such figures are provided on an “as-is” basis.
5. AI in Creator Matching and Drafts
CreatoRain's in-house team uses artificial intelligence for routine campaign work. It pulls search keywords from the restaurant's website, runs a yes-or-no fit check on each creator, and drafts invitations, follow-ups and replies. The team uses these tools as aids and makes each call itself. Nothing in this work forecasts results.
- A yes from the fit check can be wrong, and so can a no. A creator who passes may still not suit your restaurant.
- CreatoRain does not predict engagement rates, reach, views, foot traffic, or sales, and it shows no forecast of them.
- Each reply to a creator starts as an AI draft. By default, a person on CreatoRain's team reviews it before it is sent. Rate negotiations are always handled by a person.
- AI models change over time, so the same inputs may produce a different shortlist or draft.
- You approve the creator shortlist before anyone is invited, and you can ask your CreatoRain contact to change the keywords or regions first.
6. ROI Projections and Estimates
Any return-on-investment projections, revenue estimates, or similar financial projections provided by CreatoRain, whether in sales presentations or in campaign proposals, are estimates only. CreatoRain does not measure your sales or revenue, so these projections are built from industry benchmarks and assumptions, not from results measured on the Platform, and those assumptions may not hold true for your specific situation.
ROI projections should not be relied upon as a promise of financial returns. Actual ROI may be higher or lower than projected, and CreatoRain bears no liability for any investment decisions, budget allocations, or business plans made in reliance on projected returns. Clients are encouraged to set realistic expectations and to evaluate campaign performance based on multiple metrics beyond financial ROI alone.
7. Third-Party Performance
CreatoRain's services involve collaboration with independent third-party influencers who are not employees or agents of CreatoRain. Before a creator is invited, the fit check asks whether they post about food and run a personal account, not a business one. The check can be wrong. Even so, certain aspects of influencer behavior and performance are outside CreatoRain's direct control:
- Influencers are independent content creators who exercise editorial control over the style, tone, and creative execution of their content within the parameters of the campaign brief.
- CreatoRain cannot guarantee that influencers will meet all deadlines, follow all instructions precisely, or post every video they agreed to make.
- Influencer audiences may respond unpredictably to sponsored content, and engagement rates on sponsored posts may differ from an influencer's typical organic performance.
- CreatoRain is not responsible for influencer conduct, statements, or actions outside the scope of the campaign, including personal social media activity, public statements, or controversies.
- Social media platforms may take actions affecting influencer accounts (such as algorithmic suppression, content removal, or account suspension) that impact campaign performance.
CreatoRain will use reasonable efforts to address performance issues with influencers and, where appropriate, may offer replacement influencers or campaign adjustments as specified in the applicable Statement of Work or Client Agreement.
8. Client Responsibility
The success of influencer marketing campaigns depends significantly on factors within the Client's control. CreatoRain's ability to deliver effective campaigns is directly influenced by:
- Brand Readiness: The Client's brand identity, messaging, visual assets, and social media presence should be well-established before launching influencer campaigns. Influencer marketing amplifies existing brand strengths but cannot compensate for fundamental branding deficiencies.
- Product and Service Quality: Influencer marketing drives awareness and trial, but long-term customer retention and positive word-of-mouth depend on the quality of the restaurant's food, service, atmosphere, and overall dining experience.
- Operational Capacity: Clients should ensure their restaurants can accommodate potential increases in customer traffic resulting from successful campaigns, including adequate staffing, inventory, and reservation capacity.
- Responsiveness: Timely Client feedback on content approvals, campaign adjustments, and influencer selections directly impacts campaign timelines and effectiveness.
- Offer and Promotion Quality: The attractiveness and clarity of any promotional offers, discounts, or special events featured in campaigns significantly affects consumer response rates.
- Ongoing Engagement: Clients who actively engage with their social media audience, respond to comments generated by influencer content, and maintain a consistent posting schedule tend to see better long-term results from influencer marketing investments.
